Improve the relationship between Law Enforcement and Communities of Color by:

• Community Policing Advocacy

• Dealing with Bias (Implicit Bias Training for LEOs)

• Encouraging Transparency and Accountability for Law Enforcement Offers)

• Addressing the effects of unions, police officer bill of rights, etc. on removing and or prosecuting bad officers. 

• Encourage exposure to, participation in, and employment in law enforcement for children of color.
